高选择性催化剂在乙二醇生产装置上应用的中后期,随着反应温度的上升,乙二醇产品的紫外线透过率(UV值)下降,影响了产品质量。分析了乙二醇产品UV值下降的原因,对工艺条件进行了优化,改善了产品质量稳定性。
During the intermediary and later stages of application of high - selectivity catalyst in ethylene glycolplant, with the raising of reaction temperature, the ultraviolet ray transmission rate ( UV rate) of ethylene glycol product drops, which therefore affects the product quality. Based on analysis of the causes of UV rate drop, theprocessing conditions were optimized, so that the stability of ethylene glycol product quality was improved.
