摘要 旋转补偿器补偿具有补偿距离长、安全性好、压力降小等特点,能够在高压蒸汽输送管道上取代传统的自然补偿或波纹管补偿形式。由于消除了管道的二次应力、减少了蒸汽管道的展开长度和弯头数量,管道的压降和温降减小,从而减少了一次性投资和长期运行成本,节能降耗效果显著。 With the characteristics of long compensation distance, high safety and low pressure drop, the rotating compensator could completely replace the traditional natural compensation or bellows compensation form in high - pressure steam piping. As the pipe secondary stress was eliminated and the steam pipe length and number of open angles were reduced, the pressure fall and temperature fall were reduced, the one -timeinvestment and long - term operating cost were reduced thereby, which achieved good result of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
