摘要
对二甲苯(PX)氧化单元是精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置的核心,其能力决定了装置的产能,而用富氧氧化技术替代空气氧化技术可以提高该单元的生产能力。文章阐述了富氧氧化技术在中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司PTA装置上应用的背景,结合试验过程论述了在该技术应用过程中应当采取的措施,并提出了PTA装置的整体优化方向。
PX oxidation unit is the core of PTA plant, and its competency determines the capacity of plant. Takingplace air oxidation technology with oxygen -enriched oxidation technology could improve production capacity of the unit. The background for application of oxygen - enriched oxidation technology in PTA plant of SINOPEC Tianjin Company was introduced, measures should be took in application process of the technology were discussed in connection with the experiment, and the direction for global optimization of PTA plant was put forward.
