新疆地区汉族与维吾尔族晚期胆囊癌患者血清糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原水平比较

The serum carbohydrate antigen 125 and carcinoembryonic antigen comparsion for the han and uyghur patients of terminal gallbladder cancer in xinjiang uygur autonomous region

目的比较新疆地区汉族与维吾尔族晚期胆囊癌患者血清糖类抗原125（CA125）、癌胚抗原（CEA）水平是否存在差异。方法原发性晚期胆囊癌患者80例，其中维吾尔族40例，汉族40例；随机选取同期住院的胆囊炎患者60例作为对照组，其中维吾尔族34例，汉族26例；均进行血清CA125、CEA检测。结果胆囊癌组的汉族、维吾尔族患者与对照组同民族患者CA125、CEA水平差异均有统计学意义（t=27．01、28．06、10．68、11．25，均P〈0．05）；而两组内汉族、维吾尔族患者问的CA125、CEA水平差异均无统计学意义（t=0．47、0．34、0．11、1．23，均P〉0．05）；胆囊癌IV期汉族、维吾尔族患者与V期同民族患者CA125、CEA水平差异均有统计学意义（t=26．92、25．01、16．58、14．54，均P〈0．05）；汉族、维吾尔族的胆囊癌IV期患者之间、V期患者之间的CA125、CEA水平差异均无统计学意义（t=1．13、0．11、0．38、0．07，均P〉0．05）。结论新疆地区汉族与维吾尔族晚期胆囊癌患者血清CA125、CEA水平无差异，晚期胆囊癌患者进行CA125、CEA检测有助于病情诊断。

Objective To compare the differences on the serum carbohydrate antigen 125 and carcinoembry- onic antigen for the Han and Uyghur patients of terminal gallbladder cancer in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary advanced gallbladder, including 40 cases of Uighur, Han 40 cases, The cholecystitis patients randomly selected from the same period of hospitalization of 60 cases as the control group. Inclu- ding 34 cases of Uighur and Han 26 cases, Levels of serum CA125, CEA were detected. Results The gallbladder group of Han, Uygur patients and the control group with ethnic patients CA125, CEA level differences were statistically significant（t = 27. 01,28.06, 10.68,11.25, all P 〈 0.05 ） ; CA125, CEA level differences between the two groups within the Han, Uygur patients were not statistically significant （ t = 0. 47 ,0. 34 ,0.11,1. 23 , all P 〉 0.05 ） ; Han, Uygur patients with Stage V of gallbladder cancer stage IV with ethnic patients with CA125, CEA level differences were sta- tistically significant （ t = 26.92,25.01,16.58,14.54, all P 〈 O. 05 ） ; CA125, CEA levels between the Han, Uygur gall- bladder patients with stage IV and V patients,the differences were not statistically significant（ t = 1.13,0.11,0.38, 0.07, all P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xinjiang region of Han and Uygur advanced gallbladder serum CA125, CEA level differences in patients with advanced gallbladder CA125, CEA tests ean help diagnose cases.
