经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生

Transurethral plasma bipolar resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法回顾性分析135例采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗的良性前列腺增生患者临床资料。结果治疗后国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、尿流动力学检查（最大尿流率、膀胱压力、残余尿）均明显优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（t=11．26、13．12、13．40、39．96，均P〈0．05）；而勃起评分与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（t=0．74，P〉0．05）。结论经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生效果明显，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the transurethral plasma ion bipolar resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Clinical data of 135 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with the tran- surethral plasma bipolar resection were retrospectively analyzed. Results International prostate symptom score （IPSS） after treatment of urodynamie examination （ maximum flow rate, bladder pressure, residual urine） were significantly better than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ t = 11.26,13.12,13.40,39.96, all P 〈 0.05 ） ;the difference was not statistically significant in erectile score compared with pretreatment （t = 0.74 ,P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The transurethral plasma bipolar resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has good effect, safety, and it is worthy of clinical application.
