摘要 介绍了下吸式生物质气化炉的原理,并设计了一种新型生物质气化炉。该生物质气化炉结构简单,操作方便,便于加工制造,且产气中杂质较少。为了解决炉壁温度过高的问题,还专门设计了排水散热装置,提高了安全性。 The working principle of downdraft biomass gasifier is introduced,and according to the principle,a new type of biomass gasifier is designed. The type of biomass gasifier has simple structure and is easy to operate and manufacture. The impurity of gas is less. In order to solve the problem of high temperature furnace wall, water cooling device is speeially designed, then safety is improved.
