摘要
非接触射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID),利用射频信号通过空间耦合实现无接触信息传递并通过所传递的信息达到自动识别的目的。文中介绍了汽车制造物流系统的相关理论以及RFID技术的发展和应用现状,以沈阳某汽车零部件制造企业L为例,对L公司原工作流程进行了分析,指出存在的瓶颈问题,应用RFID构建厂内物流信息系统,并与应用RFID技术后所构建的汽车厂内物流信息系统进行分析与比较。
R FlD(Radio Frequency Identification) technology can realize non-contact information transfer and automatic identification through electric wave. The basic theory of automobile inbound logistic.s system is introduced. The development and application of RFID are summarized. Taken the L automobile parts company in Shenyang as an example, inbound logistics infornmtion system is built, its working process is analyzed, bottlenecks problem is pointed oul. Analysis and comparison between building RFID system front and back are carried out.
