摘要
介绍了自动洗牌发牌机的结构组成及工作原理;采用SolidWorks三维设计软件,研究了发牌机构零件的虚拟设计方法;借助SolidWorks的三维造型功能,实现了发牌机构零部件的三维建模;充分利用SolidWorks的虚拟装配功能,完成了发牌机构的装配体设计,并进行了干涉分析,以检查零件结构的合理性,缩短了发牌机构的开发周期,为自动洗牌发牌机产品的设计提供了一种可行的方法。
The working principle and structure of automatically cards dealer are presented. Based on the 3D design software of SolidWorks. the method of virtual design of distribuling cards mechanism is researched. The 3D parts model of dislribuling cards mechanism is made by using 3D modeling capabilities of SolidWorks. The parts assembly of distributing cards mechanism is completed with assembly capabilities of SolidWorks, the interference analysis is used to ensure the rationality of the paris structure. The development cycle of distribuling cards mechanism is shortened, and a viable method is provided for designing the automatically cards dealer products.
