压气机级内动静非定常干涉数值研究

摘要 采用非定常数值方法计算了某多级压气机的第七级原型和弯掠动叶级流场,分析了压气机级内动静叶的非定常干扰对静叶流动的影响及改型压气机的尾迹输运特性。数值研究结果表明:同原型相比,采用弯掠设计的动叶减弱了对于下游静叶的非定常干扰,有利于提高整级压气机的气动性能。 The unsteady numerical simulation is carried out on the original stage and the curved-sweep rotor stage of the seventh stage of one multistage compressor, the influence of the unsteady interference of rotor and stator on stator and the wake transportation characteristics of modified eompressor is analyzed. The numerical resuhs show that, compared with the original one, the unsteady disturbance on Ihe downstream stator is weaken, and the modified rotor can improve tile aerodynamic performance of the compressor stage.
