摘要
本文对商务日语学习中日企文化理解的重要性进行了考察。通过调查得出(:1)日语学习者对日企文化的了解程度,(2)日语学习者获得企业文化信息的手段,(3)日语专业人才因不了解日企文化在工作中与日方发生的摩擦。此外,剖析了日语学习者对日企文化理解不足带来的影响、文化理解不足的原因、本次调查中反映出日语人才理解最欠缺的三个日企文化及其内涵。并建议应向企业收集中日文化摩擦的实例,在商务日语教学中增加对实例的介绍和讲解,以加深学习者对日企文化的理解。
This paper is aimed at investigating the importance of understanding Japanese company culture in the study of Japanese language for business purposes. The following three subjects were clarified through the analysis of the collected data: (1) The level of understanding of Japanese company culture of the Chinese Japanese learner; (2) The method that learners use to obtain the information about Japanese company culture; (3) Friction between the Japanese and Chinese employees of Japanese specialties who are lacking an understanding of Japanese company culture. In addition, the paper analyzes the influence that a lack of understanding of Japanese company culture can have, and the reasons for a lack of cultural understanding. The paper concludes with a suggestion to collect examples of friction between China and Japan from the company side, and to introduce examples and explain them when teaching business Japanese in order to deepen the understanding of learners for Japanese company culture.
