摘要
在20世纪90年代以前,日本已经建立了一套较完善的教师在职研修制度,为日本教育提供了高质量的师资。完善的法规制度确保教师参加研修的权利和质量;建立激励机制,激发教师参加研修的积极性;充足的经费投入,确保教师研修的有序实施。我国的在职教师教育起步较晚,至今仍没有形成完善的制度。借鉴日本经验,我国应逐步构建教师在职培训的法规、经费保障机制及激励机制,确保教师继续教育的质量。
Before 1990s, Japan has built a fairly complete system of teachers' in-service continuing education. We start our in-service education fairly late, and have not formed a complete system. Therefore, we should learn from Japan's experience to establish the law guarantee system and funds guarantee system, to gradually complete the mechanism of teachers' continuing education, and to improve the quality of teachers' continuing education.
