摘要 针对5min匀速运动后即刻的心率变异性进行分析.8名受试者于跑台进行两组低强度运动,两组中强度运动和一组高强度运动,用短时傅里叶转换方法分析30min恢复内的心率变异性.结果显示,在急性5min恢复期间3 000HI和3 000MI的HFP都比3 000LI低.在相同强度不同距离运动(3 000MI和3 000LI,6 000MI和6 000LI)之间相比,恢复期第1min、第4min、第5min高于运动结束即刻的HFP.HRV在低强度和中强度中的不同距离之间无差异. This study is aimed at 5 kinds of uniform immediately after exercise heart rate variability analysis.8 subjects to run for the two group of low intensity exercise,two sets of exercise and a group of high intensity exercise.Using short-time Fu Liye conversion method analysis of 30 min ute recovery of heart rate variability.The results showed,in 5 minutes during recovery from acute 3 000 HI and 3 000 MI HFP were lower than 3 000 LI.At the same intensity of different distance of movement(3 000 MI and 3 000 LI,6 000 MI and 6 000 LI) than between,the recovery period the first minute,fourth minutes,fifth minutes above the end of the movement of immediate HFP.HRV in low intensity and strength in the different distance between no Difference.
