摘要
目的:建立河南道地金银花药材HPLC标准指纹图谱.方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱填充剂为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,检测波长265nm,进样量10μL,流动相A为乙腈和流动相B为1%的醋酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL/min.结果:该方法能够很好地分离河南道地金银花的各类成分;不同产地金银花药材指纹图谱相似度较好,建立了含有15个特征指纹峰的豫道地金银花标准指纹图谱;同时标定了绿原酸和木犀草苷的位置;HPLC标准指纹图谱具有良好的重现性和特征性.结论:本实验建立的金银花药材HPLC指纹图谱可用于对河南道地金银花药材的综合评价和质量控制.
Objective: To build the fingeprint chromatogram of Henan trueborn flos lonicerae. Methods: The HPLC method was used; chromatography conditions were ODS column, CAN and 1% acetic acid as mobile phase, and 265 nm as wavelength. 25 ℃ as temprature, and 0.8 ml/min as the flow rate. Results: Samples from different habitats were of high simi- larity, and fifteen characteristic peaks in the fingeprint chromatogram. It's worthwhile demarcated chlorogenic acid and Luteo- lin-7-glu . The method accurate with a good reproducibility and characteristic. Conclusion: The fingeprint chromatogram can be uesd in quality evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of Henan trueborn flos lonicerae.
