乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的MRI表现与病理对照分析
摘要
乳腺导管内乳头状瘤是乳腺导管上皮的良性肿瘤性病变[1]，发生于乳腺大、中、小导管的上皮细胞，导管内膜增生突入导管内呈乳头状。72％的患者主要临床表现是乳头溢液（浆液性、血性或混合性），另一临床表现是乳腺肿块。导管内乳头状瘤一般为单一壁结节突起进入管腔，基本的组织学特征是具有纤维血管轴心的乳腺导管上皮增生形成具有树枝状结构的病变，增生上皮包含近腔缘的腺上皮和靠近基膜的肌上皮两种成分[2]。
