染料法与联合法前哨淋巴结活检技术在女性低危甲状腺乳头状癌中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 颈淋巴结转移是影响甲状腺乳头状癌（papillarythyroidcarcinoma，PTC）患者生存的一个重要冈素川。近年来前哨淋巴结活检（sentinellymphnodebiopsy，SLNB）作为一项检测淋巴结转移状态的微创方法，在乳腺癌、恶性黑色素瘤、宫颈癌和甲状腺癌中逐渐推广。在乳腺癌中SLNB闻其预测腋淋巴结转移状态的高敏感性及高准确率，已经公认可以替代常规腋淋巴结清扫作为乳腺癌分期的依据。SLNB在乳腺癌中的成功应用为其在其它实体瘤包括甲状腺癌中的应用树立了典范。
