左心房增大伴心房颤动与脑卒中的关系
摘要
脑卒中在当前死亡病因中位居第三川。随着我国高血压、动脉粥样硬化等疾病患者不断增加，由此引起的非栓塞性脑卒中也不断增加。左心房扩大、心房颤动是引起心房栓子形成的重要因素。研究发现，大约有1／3的心房颤动患者合并高血压。
