附睾特异谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx5)的研究进展
摘要
谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶家族是很重要的自由基清除分子,附睾上皮细胞具有四种谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,其中附睾特异表达的非硒依赖性谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶5(GPx5)具有很强的过氧化物转化能力,因此,对精子的成熟与保护起着非常重要的作用。
