Doxycycline is a highly effective hroad-spectrmn tetracycline antibiotic, it has a wide range in clinical applications. This paper examined the homemade positioning Doxycycline enteric-coated pellets ＇effecl of reducing the adverse gastrointestinal reaction of drug and improving bioavailability in the way of targeting give drug. In order to prove the clinical pharmacophore of this preparation,we conducted the compared test of drug in vitro, and gave more scientific basis tot proving the clinical effect of Doxycycline enteric-coated.
