摘要 直缝埋弧焊管JCOE生产线的关键工艺之一是折弯成型工艺。对钢板在折弯成型过程中的变形规律进行了详细的分析,发现在直缝埋弧焊管成型后钢板的中性层内移,导致钢管周长增加、壁厚变薄;并对测量数据进行分析,验证了有关理论。通过此项研究,有利于合理设定直缝埋弧焊管成型参数和确定原料钢板的宽度,对提高钢管质量和减少材料的损耗有重要意义。 The bending formation process is regarded as one of the critical processes as employed by the JCOE production line of the SAWL pipe. The characteristics of deformation of the steel plate during the bending formation process is analyzed in details. As a result, it is identified that after the SAWL pipe is just formed, the neutral layer of the steel plate is inward shifted, and such a change leads to increase of the tube's circumference, and decrease of the thickness thereof. Also conducted is an analysis of relevant measured data to get related theory verified. Thanks to the above mentioned research activities, the formation parameters of the SAWL pipe, and the width of the steel plate used as raw material will be more properly determined, which means a lot in terms of tube quality improvement and cutting down of material spillage.
