ONo-802终止早、中期高危妊娠的经验

The Experience of Using 16, 16 Dimethyl Trans △~2 PGE_1 Methyl Ester(ONO-802) for The Termination of Early and Middle Pregnancy in High Risk

我院从1988年11月～1989年3月应用日本小野工业公司生产的16,16—二甲基—△2—PGE1甲酯,代号ONo-802,配合丙酸睾丸酮解决早、中期的高危妊娠共80例。孕月最小6周多,最大6个多月。其中作为其他引产方法失败后的补救用药23例,全部成功。做为首选用药57例,成功率为82.46％。经产妇的成功率略高于未产妇。孕月大于5个月后的引产成功率较差。观察结果说明ONo-802和丙酸睾丸酮联合用药可以有效地解决各种高危妊娠的引产、流产问题。

ONo-802 suppositories combining with testosterone propionate injections were used for the termination of early and middle pregnancy in high risk in 80 cases from November 1988 to March, 1989 in our hospital with the earliest gestational stage at 6 weeks and the latest at 6 months.23 cases, ONo-802 were used as compensational measures for the failure of other methods of induced obortion and all of the cases were uccessful. 57 cases, the drag were used as the first medicine with the successful rate of 82.46%, it was higher in pluripara then in primipara, but it revealed cess effect after 5 months of gestation.The results. show that Using of ONo-802 suppositories with testosterone propionatc injections can solve various problems of induced abortion in high risk pregnancy effectively.
