髌股关节合适性的X线测量及临床意义

Radiologic Measurment of Patellofemoral Congruence

对113例髌骨软骨软化症、髌股关节骨性关节炎病人进行髌股关节合适角、双中心角及沟角的X线测量,并与102名正常人进行对照。认为沟角大于147°,合适角超过+1°或双中心角大于+17°可定为异常。

113 cases of chondromalacia patellae and osteoarthritis of patellofemoral joint as the group of disorder and 102 young students as the normal group were studied roentgenographically. It was found to be abnormal that the congruent anglo is more than 2 degrees, the double center anglo is more than 16 degrees and the suleus angle is more than 147 degrees.
