Primipara with Floationg Fetal Head-209 Cases Clinical Analysis

本文对我院1987年1月1日至12月31日,1年中初产头浮209例进行了临床分析。并随机抽样同期209例头定组做对照。阐述了其发生率、发生的原因、产程、分娩方式、胎位、胎头下降、围产儿发病率、死亡率及产母的产后病率等,并讨论了初产头浮的临床意义、处理及母、儿预后。

209 cases of full-term primipara with floating fetal head since January to December 1987 from the author's hospital were analysed clinically. Simultaneously, 209 cases of primipara with fixed fetal head were sampled randomly as control. Authors explained the incidence, causes of floating fetal head, mode of delivery, courses of laber, fetal position and declination of fetal head. The perinatal morbidity, mortality and the morbidity of mother were noticed. The clinical significance about primipara floating fetal head, treatment and prognosis of both babies and mothers were discussed.
