摘要
不确定度是对测量结果可能误差的度量,一个完整的测量结果,除了应给出被测量的最佳估计值外,还应同时给出测量结果的不确定度。该文介绍了直读光谱仪测量中低合金钢中Mn结果不确定度的评定方法,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据。本文分析了主要的测量不确定度来源,即工作曲线、标准样品、测量重复性和仪器分辨率等的不确定度,分别量化后加以合成。
The paper introduces a kind of evaluation method of uncertainty of Mn In Middle and Low Alloy Steel by Direct- Reading Spectrometry,which will provide the scientific basis for establishing effective quality control.We analyzed the source and evaluated the correlated input quantities of the uncertainties in the measurement. Combining all the standard uncertainties and multiplying them by a factor.We got the expanded uncertainty of measuring Mn in middle and low alloy steel.
