摘要
酚类化合物为水体中第二大类环境污染物,具有较强的致癌性,是水质监测的重要指标之一.采用溴化钾-溴酸钾混合溶液体系为衍生化试剂,衍生气相色谱法测定了饮用水中苯酚、邻甲苯酚、间甲苯酚和对甲苯酚4种酚类污染物,优化了衍生条件和萃取条件,该方法在0.06~70μg/L范围内线性良好,平均加标回收率在95.3%~106.3%之间,检出限为0.02~0.06μg/L.该方法操作简便、分析快速、灵敏度高,用该方法测定了贵阳市白云区饮用水中4种酚类污染物的含量,得到了令人满意的结果.
Phenolic compounds in water are the second categories of environmental pollutants, because of their carcinogenicity, and they are one of the important indices in water quality monitoring. 4 kinds of phenolic compounds in drinking water were determined by gas chromatography derived with KBr-KBrOs reagent. The extraction and derivative conditions were optimized. The linearity was good from 0.06 μg/L to 70 μg/L with detection limits from 0.02 μg/L to 0.06 μg/L. The recoveries used in practical samples were from 95.3% to 106.3%. This method has simple operation, analysis fast and high sensitivity characteristics, so it is used to detect the drinking water of Baiyun area of Guiyang City, and the results are satisfying.
