摘要
随着建筑向大型化和多功能发展,结构超长或大柱网建筑不断出现,特别是部分工程的地下车库,开发单位和设计单位基于工程造价的考虑,在设计时较重视强度设计,不太认真考虑抗裂的构造措施,对地下水位及温度变化对结构的影响考虑欠周全,板厚、配筋布设安全度偏低,使该类工程底板出现裂缝有逐渐增多的趋势,而这样的裂缝一旦出现不仅影响结构的耐久性和整体性,也严重影响了工程后期的使用。本文通过介绍某超长结构工程底板设计和裂缝出现的情况,分析了该底板产生裂缝的成因,有针对性地提出了相应的预防措施。
Along with development of largen and multi function of building, super long structure or large column grid appears ceaselessly, especially is underground garage in some project. Developer and design institute considering the cost, many designers more regard the strength design, but the structure measure of cracks and rarely consider the underground water level and temperature changing affect for the structure. The security of floor thick and steel bar arrangement is lower, make the cracks in the base slab of this kind of project become more and more. The crack once occurred will affect not only the duration and integrality of the structure, but also the employ after the project finish. This paper introduces the base slab design of an overlong structure and crack, analyzes the reasons of cracks in the base slab, puts forward corresponding prevention measures, for the design and Construction unit reference and can be a source of inspiration.
