摘要
通过测定电导率的增加速度分析了皂粉中各个脂肪酸钠组分的溶解速度,其中月桂酸钠溶解速度最好。通过国标去污测定了各个脂肪酸的去污能力,发现在国标条件下油酸的去污力最佳,且耐硬水能力最好。分别对椰子油酸钠∶油酸钠=2∶8/3∶7/4∶6/5∶5/6∶4/7∶3进行溶解速度实验,发现椰子油酸钠∶油酸钠=3∶7~6∶4的溶解速度相仿。针对其去污力、溶解速度和耐硬水性得出性价比最优异的配比为椰子油酸钠:油酸钠=3∶7。
It is revealed in this study, by the measurement of increasing rate of conductivity, that the dissolution rate of sodium laurate is the best one among that of various sodium fatty acid soap powders. The oleic acid has the best performance both in detergency and resistance to hard water under the conditions specified in GB method. The results of experiments for dissolution rate test on the concentration ratios of sodium coconut oil: sodium oleate at 2 : 8, 3 : 7, 4 : 6, 5 : 5, 6 : 4, and 7 : 3, respectively, suggested that two samples with ratios of 3 : 7 and 6 : 4 were similar in dissolution rate; and the most excellent performance in terms of cost-effective ratio, dissolution rate, detergency and resistance to hard water appeared at concentration ratio of sodium coconut oil : sodium oleate at 3 : 7.
