住院患者陪护需求的调查研究

Investigation on the Accompany needs of hospitalized patients

目的了解住院患者对陪护需求和无陪护病房的支持度,旨在为住院患者陪护管理模式提供科学合理的依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,内容包括患者的社会文化背景、家庭年收入、住院时间、住院频率、对陪护需求(亲情陪护和专职陪护)以及对无陪护病房的支持度。对某三甲医院300例住院天数大于10天以上的患者进行调查,调查结果行描述性统计分析。结果 221例患者需陪护(陪护率73.7%,其中亲情陪护58.8%,专职陪护25.8%,79例患者支持开展无陪护病房(支持率26.3%),与年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、住院时间、住院次数、疾病危重程度等有关。结论由于多种因素影响,新形势下住院患者对陪护需求远远大于"三甲"医院管理要求≤5.0%的标准,本调查认为按需和自愿陪护能最大限度上满足患者的需求,缓解护患之间的矛盾,适合我国国情。

Objective To investigate the support degree of accompany needs of hospitalized patients on the ward, and provide sci- entific and reasonable evidence for hospitalized patients nursing management model. Methods Our self-designed questionnaire, which including the patients＇ social culture background, family income each year, hospitalization time, frequency, the demand support de- gree for accompanying （family nursing or fuU-time nursing） and no accompanying unit respectively. 300 cases of patients with length of stay more than 10 days were carried on the investigation, and made descriptive statistics analysis on the survey results. Results 221 patients need the accompanying （the rate is 73.7%, of which 58.8% family caregivers, full-time nursing 25.8%, 79 patients sup- port the development of no accompanying ward （support 26.3% ）, related to age, education, family income, hospitalization time, hospitalization, severity of illness and other factors. Conclusion As a result of various factors under the new situation, inpatients on the demand for accompanying is far greater than the ＂three A＂ hospital management requirements of less than 5% standard Our sur- vey shows that accompanying according to the requirements and voluntary caregivers to maximize meet the needs of inpatients, allevi- ate the contradiction between nurses and patients, which suitable for our national condition.
