老年败血症的自身特点,使其治疗和预后不同于一般败血症,本文对我院内科不同年代收治的老年败血症共62例进行了分析对比,对老年败血症的临床特点、发病机制、细菌变迁和治疗作一探讨。

Septicemia in the aged has characteristics itself. Its treatment and prognosis differ from general septicemia. The authors analysed 62 cases of septicemia in the aged in the department of interal medicine in different years, and the manifestations, pathogenesis, changes in bacteria, treatment applied were studied.
