摘要
目的:观察姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠氧化应激的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病组、姜黄素灌胃组。成模12周后,检测各组大鼠血糖、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白水平,肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性,常规制作石蜡切片,Masson染色观察肾脏病理形态改变。结果:与糖尿病组相比,姜黄素治疗组大鼠血糖、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白及肾脏MDA含量明显下降,而肾脏抗氧化酶T-SOD活性及CAT含量则显著上升,肾脏形态明显改善。结论:姜黄素能够提高肾功能及肾脏抗氧化能力,具有糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Curcumin on oxidative stress in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rat models were induced by the intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). Method: Thirty Sprague Dawley (SD) rats (male) were divided into three groups: the normal rats, the diabetic rats, the diabetic rats treated with Curcumin (200mg/kg/d). After 12 weeks, the levels of blood glucose, serum creatinine, 24h urinary protein, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), catalase (CAT) and total superoxide dismutase (T- SOD) activites in the renal tissue were measured. Paraffin sections were made using routine method, stained with Massonand observed under light micro- scope to observe the histopathological changes. Results: Compared with the diabetic model group, the levels of blood glucose, serum creatinine, 24h urinary protein and MDA, CAT in the renal tissue were significantly decreased in Cur- cumin treated group and the activity of T - SOD in the renal tissue was increased. In addition, the renal pathologic changes in Curcumin treated group were also improved. Conclusions: Curcumin can increase the renal function and an- tioxidant capacity. Therefore, it has protective effect on kidney of diabetic rats.
