维生素D缺乏与终末期肾脏病患者预后 被引量:5

摘要 维生素D,特别是其活性代谢产物一活性维生素D3是调节体内钙磷代谢平衡的重要激素。慢性肾脏病(chroniCkidneydisease,CKD)进展至终末期肾脏病(end—stagerenaldisease,ESRD)的过程中由于1α羟化酶缺乏,体内活性维生素D3水平降低,出现持续的高甲状旁腺激素血症,
