Pharmacokinetic Study of Norplant~

本文对10例埋植左旋18—甲基炔诺酮(LNG)埋植剂(Norplant)的志愿者作了药代动力学研究。观察到埋药后3天血药浓度达到峰值(平均2.94ng/ml)。埋植后24小时血药浓度上升到1.75ng/ml,1年内平均血药浓度为0.92ng/ml。 埋植者体内释放的LNG速率1年内平均96μg/24小时,1年后趋于稳定LNG以零级释放率释放(49μg/24小时)。

The pharmacokinetias of Norplant were studied in ten volunteers. Plasma levels of LNG in Norplant users have been measured by RIA. The peak concentration was 2.94ng/ml and the pcak time was 3 day. The effective plasma level (1.75 ng/ml) was reached 24 hours after in insertion of the implants, The average level in the first year was 0.92ng/ml.The amount of LNG released from implants were 96μg per 24 hors' aporoximetely in the first year. The release, rate tended to be table and LNG released at zero-ordor release rate after one veal' (49μg/-24hours).
