摘要
以PLC为核心,采用上位机、伺服控制系统、传感器和液压技术,设计了经济型龙门式数控钻床电气控制系统,介绍了机床的结构组成、电气控制系统方案和软件控制流程。该机床具有精确定位、自动钻孔的功能,在很大程度上提高了生产自动化程度,节约了成本,提高了效率。
PLC, the host computer and servo control system, hydraulic feed and sensing technology were adopted to design inexpensive gantry CNC drilling machine electrical control system. The structure, electrical control system solution and software control process of the machine were introduced. It has the functions of precise positioning and automatic drilling, the degree of production automation is increased, cost is reduced and production efficiency is improved.
