Misdiognosis of Primary Hyperparathyroidism, An Analysis of 33 Cases

本文报告33例原发性甲旁亢的误诊经验总结。其中肾结石型17例,骨病型12例,混合型2例,无症状型2例均被误诊。为提高对本病的认识,应注意从临床表现中筛选,并借助必要的生化检查(血钙、血磷、尿钙、AKP、TRP)及仪器检查(X线片、超声波)是早期发现本病并作出正确诊断的途径。

The prophase diagnosis of 33 patients with primary hyperparathyroidism was at fault to varying degrees. The diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism was missed in 17 patients with kidney stone. The misdiagnosis had been made in 12 patients with osteopathy, 2 with mixed type and 2 without clinical symptoms. The ways early to find this disease and to make a correct diagnosis are discussed.
