摘要
采用石英粉滤柱吸附—洗脱法浓集病毒,同时用病毒分离与蚀斑滴定检测水中病毒,对北京地区污水系统中的病毒污染情况进行检测,结果表明污水系统中病毒种类较多。中水处理装置处理污水的效果满意,能保证重复用水的安全。4个饮用水源水库污染不明显,未检出病毒。
Beijing is situated in the semi-dry North China, being severely short of water resources. However, a large quantity of waste water is drained away from the city every day. Therefore, reutilization of waste water may not only alleviate the critical Situation of water resources, but also improve the environment. The detection and elimination ofviruses in water is an important problem. In order to find out the variety and quantity of viruses in water in Beijing Area, the situation of virus contamination in the waste water system of the largest scale the Gaobeidian Waste Water system was investigated. Then, the efficacy of the use of advanced waste water treatment to eliminate viruses forreutilization of water was observed. Adsorption-elution was adopted to concentrate viruses, and virus isolation. and plaque titration were carried out for studies on water samples.
