摘要
目的探讨人性化管理在临床实习生管理中的运用。方法根据自身经验结合管理学理论。结果本文认为在临床实习生的管理中,必须注重以下几个方面:教师自身的榜样作用,充分尊重学生,与学生建立良好的朋友关系,提高实践操作能力,营造宽松的学习环境,灵活的制度化管理。结论在临床实习生中实行人性化管理能充分调动学生的学习热情和学习积极性,最大限度地完成实习计划的目标要求。
Objective Inquiry into the usage of human-based management of clinic internal doctor. Methods Combining our experience with management theories, Results We consider that in the process of management for clinic intemal doctor the flowing must laid stress on: The teachers usage as models; richly deferring to the interns ;founding friendly relationship with them; Improving operation skills;constructing free atmosphere for teaching and flexible institectionalized management. Conclusions That carrying out human-based management of clinic doctor can fully mobilize the flame and positively for touring, and end the aims and requests to a highly limmite.
