MMP-9/TIMP-1在肾间质纤维化过程中的作用机制及中医药对其干预的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肾间质纤维化(RIF)是多种原因所致的细胞外基质(ECM)在肾间质的过度沉积导致炎症和纤维形成。研究表明,RIF的程度比起肾小球硬化与肾功能的相关性更密切[1]。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)作为ECM蛋白降解酶的一种,是调节ECM动态平衡的重要酶类,而金属蛋白酶组织抑制物(TIMPs)为其特异性抑制因子。MMPs/TIMPs保持动态平衡是维持ECM微环境相对平衡的关键[2],而其中MMP-9/TIMP-1之间的平衡在RIF的发病机制中有着重要作用。
