植株叶片全钾简易快速测定方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 分别用 1mol/LNH4 OAC、1 0 80mol/LH2 SO4 和H2 O浸提植株叶片中的钾 ,然后用火焰光度法测定 .测定结果与H2 SO4 -H2 O2 消煮法作比较 ,结果表明 :1mol/LNH4 OAC、1 0 80mol/LH2 SO4 作浸提剂的测定结果与H2 SO4 -H2 O2 消煮法测定结果差异不显著 ;15、30和 4 5min 3种浸提时间的测定结果差异不显著 ;以稀H2 SO4 作浸提剂 ,硫酸浓度分别为 0 .90 0、0 .972、1.0 80mol/L的 3种浸提液的测定结果差异不显著 .NH4 OAC和稀H2 SO4 法各有优点 ,在测定时可根据具体情况而选择 .NH4 OAC和稀H2 SO4 法测定植株叶片的钾素 ,其方法比常规的H2 SO4 H2 O2 消煮法简便。 This experiment used 1 mol/L NH 4OAC,1.080 mol/L H 2SO 4 and H 2O in soaking and extracting the total potassium in leaves. The results of K content determination were compared with result by H 2SO 4 H 2O 2 method.The K contents determined by 1 mol/L NH 4OAC and 1.080 mol/L H 2SO 4 as extracting solutions were not significantly different from that by H 2SO 4 H 2O 2 method. Also, no differences were detected among treatments of 15,30 and 45 minutes of vibration. With dilute sulfuric acid as extracting solution, there were no differences in K content at concentrations of 0.900, 0.972 and 1.080 mol/L . Comparing with the traditional H 2SO 4 H 2O 2 method, the NH 4OAC and dilute sulfuric acid methods were simple and timesaving.
