孟鲁斯特纳治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Montelukast Steiner Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的针对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘采用孟鲁司特钠的临床治疗方法,并对其疗效进行评价。方法选择本院2008年7月至2010年7月120例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,先通过沙丁胺醇气雾控制病情,避免哮喘的急性发作,等到症状缓和之后。将其分为治疗组和对照组各60人。治疗组给予口服孟鲁司特钠,对照组给予吸入舒利迭干粉吸入剂治疗。结果两组儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿治疗后,临床均得到缓解,其咳嗽的缓解时间,消失时间以及肺功能的改善两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)结论针对治疗儿童咳嗽变异性性哮喘采用孟鲁司特钠疗效较好,而且用药的依从性较好,值得推广。

Conelusion For the treatment of children with cough variant sexual asthma montelukast better effect, and better medication compliance, and worthy of further promotion.
