摘要
目的观察血脂康联合阿托伐他汀佐治老年高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取本院2011年6月至2012年6月收治的老年高脂血症患者56例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予血脂康进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,对比两组病例的临床疗效及治疗前后的血脂情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为92.9%(26/28),对照组的治疗总有效率为82.1%(23/28),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。经过1个疗程的治疗后,组间比较,治疗组的TC降低及HDL-C升高幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年高脂血症的临床治疗中,联合应用血脂康与阿托伐他汀的疗效较为理想,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective Observation of Xuezhikang and atorvastatin on old clinical therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia. Methods The hospital in 2011 June -2012 year in June admits the aged hyperlipidemia patients with 56 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given Xuezhikang treatment, the treatment group was based on combined with atorvastatin treatment, were compared between two groups before and after treatment the clinical curative effect and blood lipid. Results The treatment group total effective rate was 92.9% （26/28）, the control group in the total effective rate was 82.1% （23/28）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. After a course of treatment, comparison group, treatment group TC decreased and HDL-C increased were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the aged hyperlipidemia in clinical treatment, combined with Xuezhikang and atorvastatin efficacy of ideal, worthy of further promotion and the application.
