奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Ozagrel Sodium Combined with Shuxuening Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探究在急性脑梗死患者中应用奥扎格雷纳联合舒血宁临床效果。方法截取我院2009年3月至2012年3月共62例急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表分为单用组(奥扎格雷纳治疗)及联合组(奥扎格雷纳加用舒血宁治疗)各31例,对比两组患者间临床资料差异性。结果联合组中疗效满意者22例(70.97%);单用组中疗效满意者18例(58.06%),联合组较单用组高12.91%;联合组及单用组在积极治疗下,SSS评分均下降,联合组下降幅度大,联合组下降(5.82±0.35)分,单用组下降(3.03±1.1)分,联合组血浆黏度下降(0.48±0.04)毫帕/秒、红细胞比容下降(5.99±0.79)、血小板最大聚集率下降(15.96±2.91)、平均全血切黏度详下降(0.23±0.21)毫帕/秒,以上数据行统计分析,P均<0.05。结论在急性脑梗死患者中积极应用奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁治疗,是一种安全、有效的药物干预手段。

Objective To explore the application ofOza Greiner in the patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with Shuxuening Injection Clinical effect. Methods The interception of my courtyard in 2009 March -2012 year in March a total of 62 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, randomly divided into two groups （Oza Greiner treatment ） and the United Group （Aozhageleinajia with Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of the 31 eases ）, comparing the two groups of patients clinical data difference. Results The group with satisfactory results in 22 cases （70.97%）; a single group of curative effect in 18 cases （58.06%）, the combined group than the one group 12.91%; joint group and single group in the active treatment, SSS score were decreased, the combined group drop range is big, the United group decreased （5.82 ±0.35）, single group decreased （3.03± 1.1）, combination group plasma viscosity decreased （0.48±0.04 ） MPA/sec, hematocrit decreased （ 5.99 ±0.79）, maximum platelet aggregation rate decreased （15.96±2.91）, average blood shear viscosity are decreased （0.23 ±0.21 ） no handkerchief/sec, with rows of data statistical analysis, P were less than 0.05. Conclusion In patients with acute cerebral infarction ozagrel sodium combined with Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of active application, is a safe, effective drug intervention.
