某院471例抗精神病药物不良反应的分析

Analysis of 471 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction induced by Psychotic Drugs Reported in A Hospital

目的探讨我院抗精神病药物所致不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法收集我院2010年-2011年的471例抗精神病药物所发生的ADR报告,对患者性别、年龄、合并用药及不良反应临床表现等情况进行统计、分析。结果本院上报的抗精神病药物发生的不良反应主要发生在21～60岁;累及10个系统-器官,主要以神经系统不良反应(28.03%)及心血管系统不良反应(19.32%)最常见。结论医疗机构应重视抗精神病药引起的不良反应,加强抗精神病药的合理应用。

Objective To investigate the antipsychotic induced adverse drug reaction （ADR） occurred in our hospital, and provide advice for the rational use of drugs. Methods To conduct a statistical analysis based upon the information from 471 inpatients with ADR which were reported from 2010-2011 in my hospital such as gender, age, drug combination etc. Results ADR is likely to be reported in various ages section during inpatients, particularly those are 20-60 years old. It involves ten systems, will mainly cause the central nervous system damage （28.03%） and cardiovascular system （19.32%）. Conclusion Medical institutions should pay attention to antipsychotic induced adverse and rational use of it .
