间歇充气加压治疗下肢深静脉血栓的理论探讨 被引量:2

摘要 间歇充气加压(intermittent pneumatic compression,IPC)治疗术已成功用于预防肺栓塞和下肢深静脉血栓,改善患者下肢动脉疾病的循环,治疗静脉性溃疡,对淋巴水肿有显著的缓解作用,在预防老年人骨质疏松与促进骨折后骨愈合方面效果明显。IPC作用机制包括机械效应、抗凝、激发纤溶亢进及溶栓、舒张血管及改善微循环等。本文全面介绍了IPC的临床应用及作用机制,并对下腔静脉滤器保护下IPC治疗下肢深静脉血栓的可行性进行探讨。
