钼靶X线在无肿块型乳腺癌中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨钼靶X线检查在无肿块型乳腺癌中的诊断价值及X线表现,以提高无肿块型乳腺癌的影像学诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实,并伴有完整影像学资料的40例无肿块型乳腺癌患者钼靶X线征象,以分析钼靶X线检查对无肿块型乳腺癌患者的临床诊断及应用价值。结果 40例非肿块型乳腺癌中,临床触及肿块者28例,未触及肿块者12例。影像表现为钙化20例、结构扭曲11例、致密影9例。同时合并乳腺癌其它间接征象14例。病理类型:浸润性导管癌27例、浸润性小叶癌6例、导管原位癌7例。结论钼靶X线检查对无肿块型乳腺癌检出效果好、良恶性鉴别能力强,对其临床诊断具有较高应用价值及前景。
