摘要
工作效率直接影响企业的效益,在机械制造行业中,作业分析是普遍采用的提高作业效率的有效方法。本文以大连维乐机械制造有限公司的车床加工为研究对象,通过人机作业分析的方法来改善车床工人的操作过程,提高加工过程中人和机器的工作效率,使企业效益得到改善。
Work efficiency affect the efficiency of enterprises directly, in mechanical manufacturing, operation analysis is widely used to improve the work efficiency. This paper to dalian welly machine manufacture the limited company of the lathe processing as the research object, and through the analysis of the man-machine operation methods to improve the lathe worker of the operating process and the improvement of the machining process of human and machine work efficiency, make enterprise benefits have been improved.
