新生儿糖尿病行持续皮下胰岛素输注和动态血糖监测的护理

Nursing care of an infant with neonatal diabetes treated by continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion according to continuous glucose monitor system

报告1例新生儿糖尿病患儿进行胰岛素泵及动态血糖监测联合治疗期间的护理。入院后积极纠正糖尿病酮症酸中毒,给予胰岛素泵及动态血糖监测,控制血糖,积极、主动与患儿家属沟通,做好心理护理及喂养指导工作,患儿血糖稳定后出院。此外,做好出院指导和出院后的随访工作,以维持患儿血糖的稳定也至关重要。

This paper introduces the nursing care of an infant with neonatal diabetes mellitus（NDM） treated by continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion（CSII） according to continuous glucose monitor system（CGMS）. The infant was treated aggressively to correct the diabetic ketoacidosis. The diabetes team kept constant contact with the parents,provided psychological support and feeding guidance,as well as discharge education and follow-up service. The infant was discharged from the hospital with stable glucose.
