响应面法优化桑黄发酵液总多糖的提取工艺 被引量:8

Optimization of Extraction Process for Polysaccharides from Phellinus igniarius Fermentation Broth by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为确定桑黄发酵液多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,以桑黄多糖的含量为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法对主要提取工艺参数进行优化,并得到回归模型。结果表明:桑黄发酵液多糖提取的最优工艺条件参数为提取pH12、提取温度96℃、提取时间1.6h。在此条件下,桑黄多糖含量达到11.67mg/mL。实验证明模型拟合程度良好,误差较小。 Response surface methodology was used to optimize main process parameters for the extraction of polysaccharides from Phellinus igniarius fermentation broth based on polysaccharide content of extracts. A regression model equation was fitted. The optimum extraction conditions were found to be pH 12, 96℃ and 1.6 h. The extract obtained under these conditions contained 11.67 mg/mL polysaccharides. The fitted regression model had excellent goodness of fit and showed lower prediction error.
