微藻油脂生物合成与ACCase、PEPC相关性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)和磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)是脂肪酸合成中的两个主要的酶。介绍了ACCase、PEPC的类型、分布、反应机理及在微藻代谢中的作用;对酶代谢调控、基因工程的应用等因素进行了概括;就多酶基因调控微藻油脂合成的发展趋势进行了探讨。 Acetyl - CoA carboxylase ( ACCase ) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase ( PEPC ) key enzymes for fatty acid synthesis. The types, distribution, reaction mechanism and the role in gae metabolism of ACCase and PEPC were introduced. The metabolic regulati plication of gene engineering were reviewed.
