摘要
在碱性介质下,替加环素对鲁米诺-K3[Fe(CN)6]化学发光体系具有明显的抑制作用,据此建立了流动注射化学发光抑制法测定替加环素的新方法。在选定的最佳实验条件下,化学发光抑制强度与替加环素的浓度在2.0×10-6~1.2×10-4g/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.3×10-6g/mL。对2.0×10-5g/mL替加环素平行测定11次,相对标准偏差为1.2%。方法可用于替加环素针剂的测定。
Tigecycline was found to inhibit the chemiluminescence of the luminol-potassmm temcyanide reacnon system under alkaline condition. According to this principle, a flow injection chemiluminescence inhibition method for the determination of tigecycline was developed. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range for tigecycline was 2.0 × 10^-6 - 1.2 × 10^-4g/mL, and the limit of detection was 1.3 × 10^-6g/mL. The relative standard deviation was 1.2% for the determination of 2.0 × 10^-5 g/mL tigecycline ( n = 11 ). The sensitive method has been applied to the determination of tigecycline injections.
