摘要
通过对 48个新鲜褐壳商品蛋鸡鸡蛋的主要物理性状指标的测定、计算 ,取得了蛋型指数、蛋壳厚度 ,蛋黄、蛋白和蛋壳在总蛋重中各自所占的比例 ,蛋的比重等实际指标。通过分析 ,分别得出了蛋重与蛋黄重、蛋重与壳比例、壳比例与蛋的比重、蛋壳厚度与壳的比例。
Major physical traits were assayed and calculated for 48 fresh eggs from commercial brown layers. Data for egg shape index, shell thickness, percentages of yolk, albumin and shell in egg weight, and specific gravity were acquired. Through analysis, coefficients of correlation were obtained between egg weight and yolk weight, egg weight and percent shell, percent shell and egg specific gravity, shell thickness and percent shell,and egg weight and specific gravity.
