^(125)I粒子置入治疗非小细胞肺癌现状 被引量:10

摘要 肺癌是世界范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率在恶性肿瘤中占据前位。非小细胞肺癌(non—small cell cancer,NSCLC)占肺癌总数的80%。目前NSCLC治疗方法主要是以手术、放疗、化疗为主的综合治疗。约64.5%的患者治疗过程中需要接受放疗。由于受到周围正常组织耐受剂量和患者心肺功能的限制,并非所有患者都适合外放疗。
